Diana Wyley is an innovative Recruiting and Talent Management professional at Xerox Canada. At Xerox, with the support of a strong performing team and first-class training, Diana has created her own path – mother of two, author, speaker and an active contributor to the communities in Western Canada that she works and lives in. Xerox offered Diana a Sales Executive role in Edmonton in 1999, and this is where her varied and exciting career began. Diana spent five years as a successful Sales Executive and six years as a Field Sales Training Manager. In her current role as a Recruiter, Diana is known for her creative recruiting strategies and mentoring others for success. Diana leverages her strong relationships with Colleges and Universities to recruit top talent and champion diversity in the workplace.
As a frequent keynote speaker Diana easily engages her audience with her positive energy and practical advice. She encourages students to take control of their careers, and be open to new opportunities. Diana is a member of the Sales and Marketing advisory board at NAIT, a supporter and alumni of Grant MacEwan University, a hands on sponsor of various campus initiatives, including BSA, NEW, RMBS, JDC and Xerox Corporate United Way campaign to name a few. In addition, Diana is founder of Myacap, a charity that collects much-needed caps for newborns. Among Diana’s accomplishments is a children’s book she co-authored with her daughter “My heart is in Your Heart”.
