With Legacy Games, You get Free Entry to Bears and Pandas Soccer this Weekend | The Wanderer Sports

One of the best things Bears and Pandas Athletics have done over the last years is the designation of “Legacy Games,” where marquee Bears and Pandas home games are made FREE TO THE PUBLIC. Whether it’s a home opener football game in September or a volleyball game as teams vie for the conference title, these Legacy Games allow free entry to some edge-of-your-seat games.

In 2012, the Bears and Pandas soccer teams don’t seem to play many home games, and the old tradition of back-to-back games at Foote Field on weekends has for the most part passed us by; however, on SATURDAY OCTOBER 6, THE TRADITION IS BACK.

With the Legacy Games, you can head to Foote Field (the nice green stadium next to South Campus LRT) at noon on Saturday to see the Pandas soccer team take on UBC. At 2 pm, the Bears soccer team plays Saskatchewan. Two great games, zero cost.
